  1. We were shocked & saddened to hear we lost our new next door neighbor in Colorado. We enjoyed Joe & Carol’s friendship. The guitar picking get2gathers were so fun. Carol, we send our prayers to you & yours.

  2. What a blessing Joe Francis was to each of us. Always enjoyed listening to his funny stories. Had a great smile. We love him very much and will miss him. Prayers to his family and friends.
