Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in Christ Community Church in Vega with Jim Watkins and Melvin Jobe officiating.  Private burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery at Vega.   Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers at Vega, 110 S. Main.

Peggy was born on May 25, 1934 in Amarillo, Texas.  She married Frank Kinsey on October 14, 1950 in Tucumcari, NM.  She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her dad, Cleophus (Ted) Rodgers and mother Ashley (Kitty) Rodgers; four sisters, Margrite, Patsy her twin, Ann and Jeri; two brothers, Carl and Jimmy Rodgers; her grandson, Rusty and great granddaughter, Bailey.

She is survived by her husband, Frank, of the home; her daughter, Beverly and husband Charles Benton of Logan, NM; three sons, Montie Kinsey and wife Debbie of Vega; Rick Kinsey and wife Clara of Vega; and Kevin Kinsey and wife Teddra of McLean; twenty-one grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, including two that they raised, Perry Pence and wife Kathy and Ron Yell and wife Patricia.

  1. On behalf of the Hensley/Moreno Family we send out condolences to you Uncle Frank and all the rest of your family. Aunt Peggy will definately be missed, she was a wonderful person and my Mom’s best friend. I loved her for that.
    We will be praying for comfort and peace for the family during this sad time.

  2. A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. Please accept our condolences, she will not be forgotten. Love you all.
