Gerry Duncan – December 12, 2017

Gerry Duncan, a long time resident of Amarillo, succumbed to his valiant fight with cancer today December 12, 2017.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 15, 2017, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Burial will be in the Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

He was born in Denham Springs, Louisiana to Lula Bell Henley Duncan and Thomas Cally Duncan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Emery Walton Duncan and Louis Cally Duncan, two sisters-in-law, Mary Nell Thomas Duncan and Virginia Johnson Duncan.

Gerry is survived by his wife, Mary Gonzales Duncan, of the home, a daughter, Tiffany Keller from Denham Springs, LA, a sister, Shirley Duncan Aery of Amarillo, and four brothers, Thomas Ray Duncan and Kenneth Walton Duncan, both of Houston, Melvin James Duncan of Denham Springs and Glen Duncan of Leesburg, FL, who is Gerry’s twin.  He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, stepchildren and in-laws.  He is loved and will be greatly missed.
