Mary Margaret Field – August 16, 2017

Mary Margaret Field, 86, of Amarillo died Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2017.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2017, in Trinity Baptist Church with Chester Sassman officiating.  Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Mary was born Jan. 22, 1931, in Mountain View, Okla. to Claud and Mattie Taggart.  She married Robert E. Field on Jan. 8, 1947, in Fort Sumner, New Mexico.  He preceded her in death on Feb. 18, 2015.

Survivors include a daughter, Diane Shultz and husband, D.H., of Buda; two sons, Ronnie Field and wife, Carrollann, of Winona and Clyde Field and wife, Johnnie, of Wolfforth; six grandchildren, Trey Shultz and wife, Deanne, Philip Shultz and wife, Lori, Tim Field, Amanda Field, Landon Field and wife, Joy, and Brooke Gibson and husband, Jamie; and thirteen great-grandchildren, Jarrett, Athen, Joshua, Tori Mae, Braden, Michael, Kiele, Harper, Miller, Braxton, Marcus, Brylinn and Ezekiel.

The family suggests memorials be to American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue; Dallas, TX 75231-4596.

The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m., Monday, Aug. 21, 2017, at the funeral home.
