Anthony Varnado

Anthony Varnado, born in Cleveland, Ohio on July 22, 1988 quietly left this world on August 7, 2026. Anthony graduated from Boys Ranch, where he formed lifelong friendships with housemates who became brothers and with the staff, who also became family to him. After graduation, he made his home in Amarillo, Texas.

He found family in the people he worked alongside, and in the customers he faithfully served for many years. Anthony worked as a Field Service Representative, delivering office supplies and caring for a regular route of customers who came to know and rely on him. He didn’t simply show up to make a delivery—he took ownership, paid attention to the details, and made sure the job was done right. He routinely went above and beyond what was expected, simply because that was who he was.

Friends remember Anthony for his dedication to fitness and for staying strong both physically and in his faith. He was also known for his independence, dependability, and quiet willingness to help. If someone needed a hand, he was often there without hesitation, never boasting or expecting praise.

Anthony leaves behind the people whose lives he touched and a reminder that our beginnings do not have to determine our endings.
