It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Brooke (née Weiler), beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend on April 30, 2026.
Brooke was defined by her pursuit of love—to know it, to share it, and to help others experience the deep love she found in Jesus Christ. We were married on June 18, 2005, sharing nearly 21 wonderful years. She was a devoted mother to Michael (15), Jack (13), and Jovie (10).
Brooke received her undergrad from SMU business schools with a marketing emphasis. She had recently passed her board exam and was working toward becoming a licensed professional counselor. She was passionate about guiding others toward healing and hope. Her dedication to others’ growth, her faith, and her joyful spirit shone through everything she did. A lover of pickleball, she shared that passion with close friends, who also tragically passed alongside her.
Her family, friends, and Amarillo community will always cherish her. Brooke’s love touched everyone who knew her, and we appreciate your prayers as we honor her legacy.
Brooke is survived by her husband, Gabe Skypala; children, Michael, Jack, and Jovie Skypala; parents, Doug and Claudia Weiler; and brother, Kevin Weiler.
A service to celebrate Brooke’s life will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, May 8, 2026 at Hillside Christian Church West Campus, 6100 S. Soncy. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
