Consuelo vivió en Amarillo durante los últimos 5 años y le encantaba la jardinería, el senderismo y los paseos por la tarde. Pasar tiempo con su familia era lo que más le gustaba.

The Rosary will be prayed at 6:00 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2024, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at St. Laurence Catholic Church. Burial will be in the Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are made by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Consuelo was born on March 10, 1948, in Zacatecas, Mexico, the daughter of Francisco Serna and Luisa Ponce. She married Guadalupe Olmos on December 26, 1964 in Mexico. Consuelo lived in Amarillo for the past 5 years and loved gardening, hiking, and afternoon walks. Spending time with her family was what she loved the most.
She is preceded in death by her sons, Lupe Olmos and Lupito Olmos.
Consuelo is survived by her husband, Guadalupe Olmos of Amarillo, TX; daughter, Angelica Olmos of Chino Hills, CA; children, Raul Olmos and his wife Esmeralda of Amarillo, TX, Gabriel Olmos and Hilda Flores of Amarillo, TX, Mario Olmos of Stratford, TX, Filiberto Olmos and his wife, Eva of Stratford, TX, and Israel Olmos and his wife Idalia of Boise City, OK; sister, Lorenza Serna, from Mexico; 24 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
