Edna Marie Boggs

Edna Marie Boggs, 91, of Amarillo, TX passed away November 16, 2025.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Family Life Church. Interment will be at 3:30 PM, in Resthaven Cemetery in Quitaque. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.

Edna was born November 6, 1934 in Turkey, TX to Seaporter and Minnie Smith. She grew up in Turkey. Edna married Hubert Boggs in 1949. Hubert passed away on October 16, 1968. She then married Charles Boggs in November of 1989, and he passed on April 1, 2000. Edna retired from the City of Amarillo as a bus driver.

She is preceded in death by her sister; 2 brothers; a daughter; and a son.

Edna is survived by children, Wayne Boggs of Ft. Worth, TX, Rita Curran of Ft. Worth, TX, Brenda Dovalina and husband Rod of Amarillo, TX, Brian Boggs of Amarillo, TX, and Sheila Bays and husband David of Fresno, CA; 15 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
