Elizabeth “Liz” Ann Whitfield, 86, of Amarillo, TX passed away January 13, 2026.

Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 16, 2026 at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.

Liz was born May 14, 1939 in El Paso, TX to Edmund James Crumb and Clara Belle Randolph.

Liz is survived by her sons, James Edward Whitfield, Gerald “Jerry” Wayne Whitfield, and Patrick Lee Whitfield; grandsons, Brady Lee Whitfield, Blain Whitfield, Dorian Whitfield, and Wesley Alan Whitfield; several great-grandchildren. Liz was attended by granddaughter, Emily L. Potter and grandson-in-law, Jacob Potter.
