Erma Ahrens

Erma Ahrens, 91 of Amarillo, TX died Thursday, July 10, 2025.

Viewing will be from Noon - 5:00 p.m., Sunday, July 13, 2025, at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 14, 2025, at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rick Black officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Erma was born December 24, 1933, to Lawrence and Minnie Stocker, in Dalhart, TX where she grew up.

She married Glenn Ahrens in Wagner, SD on August 27, 1978, and moved to Amarillo the same year. Erma was a homemaker and worked in banking before marrying Glenn.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Ahrens, on February 2, 2023.

Survivors include her brother, Larry Stocker, of Oregon; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
