Gary Lewis Brown

Gary Lewis Brown, 70, of Clarendon, Texas, passed away on June 19, 2026.

Gary was born on July 19, 1955, in Memphis, Texas, to Charles Lewis and Mary A. Brown. He graduated from Amarillo High School. Gary married Patricia Anne Bordelon on August 12, 1986. They were married for 39 years. Gary work for FedEx Freight when he retired.

Gary was the kindest good-hearted person you would ever meet he loved all his family, cousins, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Gary also loved to laugh and make others laugh. He took pride in raising his and Pat’s children as well as being involved with his grandchildren as much as he could. You never saw him in a bad mood, and he always had a smile on his face! He also had his special chosen family that he and Pat met during their RV-ing adventures. They originally started out in Cut and Shoot near Conroe, Texas where their friends became their family there. They next moved to Ruidoso, New Mexico, and they have a large group of friends/family members there also. They all loved him and Pat. This became their new happy place and home. They were all their new family as well. Gary loved their time the spent in New Mexico.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Lewis Brown; and numerous aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his wife, Pat Brown; mom, Mary Brown; sister, Gayle and husband Kevin Roberson; children, Jimmy Don Ennis and wife Stefanie, Jerry Ennis and wife Cris, Kevin Brown, Karissa Davis, and Jeremiah Ennis; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many chosen friends considered to be family.
