Georgia Faye Ned

Georgia Faye Ned 59 of Dumas Texas was carried away by God's Angels on November 24, 2024 surrounded by her family.

Family will receive guests from 4-5:00 PM, Friday, November 29, 2024 at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Dumas, 500 N. Maddox. Celebration of life services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 30, 2024 at First Baptist Church in Dumas. Interment will follow in Dumas Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Dumas.

Georgia was born on June 23, 1965 in Haskell, Texas to Johnie and Gussie Billington. She graduated from Haskell High school in 1983. She worked at JBS for 15 years, and Holstein Supply.

Georgia loved sewing, making blankets, going to church, and spending time with her family.

Georgia attended school at TSTI in Sweetwater Tx, where she met the love of her life Edward Ned. They have been married for 40 yrs and to that union, they were blessed with one daughter, Shanesa and two sons, Jamey and Edward Ned Jr.

Georgia leaves to cherish her loving memory her husband, Edward Ned Sr.; daughter, Shanesa Hughes (Steven); son, Edward Ned Jr. (Brittany); her seven brothers, James Ray Billington (Raleen), Richard Billington (Lelinda), Johnie Jr Billington (Cathy), Kenneth Billington, Quinten Billington, Kevin Billington, and Tyrone Billington; three sisters, Lynelle Roberson, Regina Billington (Billy), and Syreeta Finley (Aaron); grandchildren, Amauri, Tre-vin, Jayme, Maverick, and Maxwell; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a very special sister, Karen Mitchell.

Waiting to receive Georgia in that Great City are her parents, Johnie and Gussie, her son Jamey, and her baby sister Jacqueline Billington.
