Irma Irene Martinez

Irma Irene Martinez, born November 26, 1961 in El Paso, Texas, entered eternal rest on June 29, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, July 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Come As You Are Church, 824 S. Maddox. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Dumas.

Irma lived a life defined by faith, generosity, and an unshakeable devotion to her family. Her home was a place of comfort, her smile a source of peace, and her heart a refuge for anyone who needed strength. She gave endlessly, loved fiercely, and left an imprint on every life she touched.

For 33 years, Irma worked at JBS, where she labored tirelessly and without complaint. Her dedication to her job reflected her dedication to her family. Every long shift, every early morning, and every sacrifice was made to provide, protect, and uplift the people she loved most.

She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Gaspar Martinez, and her children, Tony and Felisha Morales, Robert and Carina Morales, Michael and Laura Martinez. Her first son Antonio Morales passed away at birth and now welcomes her home in Heaven. Irma leaves behind a beautiful and growing family, including 14 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandbabies, each carrying forward her warmth, humor, and kindness.

She is also survived by her siblings: Blanca Carranza, Luisa Longino, Yolanda Avalos, Jessi Grado, Paul Hernandez, and Jaime Arturo Hernandez Sr. Along with countless primos, an endless supply of nieces and nephews who adored her, and countless friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Irma is laid to rest beside her beloved parents Maria Hernandez and Pablo Hernandez, and her first son Antonio Morales. Together again, they rest in eternal peace. Her legacy is love. A love that will continue to guide her family, strengthen them, and remind them of the extraordinary woman she was.
