Israel Valles

Israel Valles, 60, of Dalhart, Texas, passed away on December 30, 2025.

Viewing will be available from Noon – 5:00 P.M., Friday, January 2, 2026, at Dalhart Funeral Home, 424 Rock Island Avenue, Dalhart, Texas. Funeral service will be held at Noon, January 3, 2025, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, 411 E. Texas Boulevard, with Father Tony Neusch officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Dalhart. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Dumas.

Israel was born in Rancho El Carbonero, Valle de Zaragoza, Chihuahua, México, on June 9, 1965, to Ramona (Quintana) and Manuel Valles.

Israel came to America when he was 18 years old. He worked in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Raton, New Mexico. He later moved to Dalhart, Texas, where he worked in maintenance for People’s Church and C&W Services. Israel was a hard worker all his life. He remodeled his home while also working two jobs. He was caring and willing to help anyone in need.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa Valles; and his parents, Ramona and Manuel Valles.

He is survived by his son, Israel L. Valles; and his sister, Bella Valles (Elder Domingues).
