Jewelee Kiah Knox, 37, of Amarillo, TX passed away May 6, 2025.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Monday, May 12, 2025 at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount. Interment will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Fritch. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
Jewelee was born September 28, 1987 in Amarillo, TX to Shane and Misti Knox. She graduated from Sanford-Fritch High School in 2007 then attended college at Frank Phillips. She had worked at United Supermarkets in Borger and Amarillo for many years. Jewelee loved going to Build-a-Bear! She attended Trinity Methodist Church and the Hali Project on Wednesdays at Southwest Church of Christ. Jewelee’s favorite TV show was Major Crimes because Mary McDonnell was the star of the show. She also loved actress Jenna Ortega, and her favorite musicians were Reba McEntire, Miley Cyrus, and George Strait.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Shane and Misti Knox.
Jewelee is survived by her grandfather, Ronal Bohanan of Amarillo, TX; brother, Jason Birtciel of Amarillo, TX; uncles, Sonny Bohanan of Ft. Worth, TX, Ted Knox and wife Cindy of Stinnett, TX, Tom Knox of Claude, TX, and Tim Knox and wife Leslie of Claude, TX; and numerous cousins.
