Johnny was born July 18, 1985 in Amarillo, TX to Luis and Aracely Rodriguez. Johnny was many things: a beloved son, a devoted father, a brother, an uncle, and a true friend to many. To know Johnny was to know kindness. He was known for his humor, his free spirit, and his generous heart. He was the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back without hesitation, and if you were lucky enough to be his friend, you felt that kindness fully.
Johnny loved spending time with his family and friends, sharing good food, enjoying music, and dancing without a care in the world. Some of the most cherished memories are of Johnny simply having a good time laughing, moving to the music, and soaking in the moments with those he loved most.
Above all, Johnny will be remembered for his strength and resilience. In the face of cancer, he never backed down. He fought with courage, determination, and hope. Every morning, he got up, did his stretches, and prepared himself to face the day. In the end he finished the race, fighting his way to victory. Johnny knew his lord and savior and was at peace knowing he would spend eternal life in paradise
His legacy lives on in the love he gave so freely, the laughter he brought into every room, and the strength he showed through his hardest days. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
