Joseph "Joe" Henry Bailey Jr.

Joseph Henry Bailey Jr. (Joe) was born on September 24, 1959, in Cobleskill, NY, to Mildred Bailey and Joseph H. Bailey Sr. He passed away February 10, 2026. No Services were held. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors. 

Joe was a devoted husband father, and grandfather whose love for his family was immeasurable. 

Joe is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 27 years, Tereza Lynn Bailey, the love of his life. 

He is survived by his Jesse Valois and wife Liz, stepdaughter Reina Crawford and fiancé Zach Davis, and stepdaughter Lisa Mortan and husband Adam. Joe was also a proud "Pepaw" to 10 grandchildren who held a special place in his heart: Alexis, Diego, Daniel, Kirrah, Myrranda, Sophia, Jordyn, Nolan, Emma, and Michael. 

His love for them was unconditional, and he cherished every moment spent with them. Known for his sense of humor, Joe had a knack for joking around and giving people a hard time always with love. His infectious laughter and playful spirit will be missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of warmth, humor, and an unwavering dedication to his family. Joe will be dearly missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
