Joyce Annjeanette Kuczenski born on August 16th 1969 to Dorothy Elliott-Fly and Dale Elliott. Annjeanette was preceded in death by her father, Dale Elliott, her step-father, Charlie Fly, her son, Blake Renfroe and her husband, Larry Kuczenski. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Fly, her son, Randall Renfroe and wife Desirae Renfroe, her grandkids, Jake, Jaxton, Liam and Levi of Amarillo, Texas. Her step-son Chris Kuczenski, wife Ashlee Kuczenski and grandkids Easton and Eryn of DeRidder, Louisiana.

Annjeanette enjoyed shopping, she had a very big interest in all things Betsy Johnson. Her favorite store was Williams and Sonoma. She loved to cook and loved even more to bake. She loved to bake with her grandkids, making puff pastries, brownies and banana pudding. Annjeanette would be seen smiling ear to ear when she was around family. She absolutely adored her mother and son. She shared such a strong bond with her son and made sure the world knew just how proud she was of him and all of his accomplishments. Annjeanette had many talents. If she could think it, she could do it. She took on crafting and she would make gifts for others. She had such great attention to detail. She shared a passion for music with her grandkids and talked about the concerts she went to, and the concerts she wanted to go to. She made sure she was at every sporting event or school event for her grandkids, and if she wasn't able to be there in person, she was on facetime cheering them on. Annjeanette was a selfless, loving and caring person who holds a special place in our hearts. She loved being a mother, but loved even more being a Mimi.

Annjeanette took on every difficult situation or hardship that life gave her and always seemed to conquer the impossible. She was so strong and ambitious. She never let her sickness stop her or slow her down. Annjeanette truly lived every day to the fullest. She loved projects, from remodeling her house (twice) to learning how to use her X-tool for custom laser engraving. She loved learning so much from her facebook reels and would always share funny, interesting and informative videos with everyone.

Annjeanette spent 9 of the 15 years of Blake’s life in the hospital with him that resulted in her wealth of medical knowledge. She never left his side, and she made sure the doctors filled her in on every operation beginning to end. Her son Blake had a very rare immune disorder (ALPS) that doctors couldn't quite comprehend. She fought to get help and took it as far as writing a letter to Bill Clinton which resulted in a personal invitation and escort to the white house with her sons, Randall and Blake. She was able to get Blake his Make-A-Wish granted to meet Garth Brooks and hang out with him before the concert in Nacogdoches, TX in 1991. Garth signed a stack of autographs for Blake and Randall to hang out to their friends. Blake also got to take a ride on the Goodyear blimp with his brother Randall and grandfather Charlie Fly.

Annjeanette spent her career working through multiple companies and enjoyed forensic accounting and researching problems for each company to find answers. She took on working for her parent’s company, Allstate Security Industries, Inc. with installing security foil on doors and windows and handling the K-9 unit. She also worked for Apple and received a prestigious award directly from Steve Jobs for assisting Apple in a multi-million dollar collection. She spent some years working at Lowe’s in Killeen, TX and organized many weekend events to raise money for a multitude of charities.

Annjeanette has now been reunited with her loving husband, Larry, who she missed dearly over the last 18 months. She is now smiling with her son Blake, filling him in on the funny stories about his brother and nephews. Annjeanette is now our guardian angel and we are all so happy that she is no longer suffering. Just as she said, “One day the grief will disappear like morning mist. We will catch up on everything, all the words left unsaid, and the memories kept sacred to our hearts. She is never truly gone, just simply waiting on the other side of the sunset.” We love you more than words can express, mom.
