Kristin Annette Oeschger, 57, of Amarillo, TX, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026.
Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 6, 2026, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with the Rev. Beverly Couzzourt officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Kristin was born September 2, 1968, in Amarillo, Texas to Sharon and Larry Oeschger. She graduated from Tascosa High School and would always call Amarillo home. Kristin had many interests and hobbies, including creating dried flower arrangements, attending rodeos, raising bucking bulls, and traveling.
Many of her travels included attending Broadway productions in New York City and concerts in various cities, all with her daughter, Harley Harris. Group family trips included a cruise to Alaska, a road trip to South Dakota and Wyoming, and of course a trip to Disney World.
She was co-owner of the family businesses, City Machine & Welding and Cryogenic Research & Development. Kristin also served as a Director of the Oeschger Family Foundation.
Kristin had a giving heart and was always more concerned about others more than herself. She supported many organizations including Wounded Warriors, SPCA, and Unbound (an organization that supports less fortunate children).
She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Kristin was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Oeschger; and her grandparents, Mildred Oeschger, and Jack and Hazel Kelley.
She is survived by her daughter, Harley Harris; her mother, Sharon Oeschger; her brother and sister-in-law, Bryson and Deanna Oeschger; her nieces, Bryce and Brynn Oeschger; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family suggests memorials be made to Wounded Warrior Project.
