Linda Carol Milbern

Linda Carol Milbern, 77, of Dumas, died on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Boxwell Brothers Memorial Chapel, 500 N. Maddox. Burial will follow at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Dumas.

Linda was born on May 22, 1949 in Clovis, Nm. to Frank and Dorothy Richardson. She graduated from Dumas High School and earned a nursing degree from Amarillo College. She worked as an LVN for a short time and drove a school bus for the Dumas I.S.D over 30 years. She loved crafting, quilting, going to craft shows, and attending Dumas Lions Club meetings with her husband.

Linda married Bruce Milbern on July 31, 1968 in Dumas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Dorothy Richardson; her husband, Bruce Milbern; a daughter, Christina Milbern; a son, William Milbern; and two sisters, Lesia Etchberger and Venita Richardson.

She is survived by two daughters, Robin Grice and husband Tracey of Dumas and Rusti Hacker and husband Jeff of Amarillo; a son, Jarrod Milbern and wife Pamela of Amarillo; a sister, Shirley Magness and Kay of Dover, Ar.; a brother, Curtis Richardson and Carol of Idaho; seven grandchildren, Paige Graham, Zacchary Admire, Samantha Milbern, Sydney Burrell, Brock Milbern, Cayden Milbern, and Caitlin Milbern; and nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be sent to the Dumas Animal Shelter. They would also like to extend a special thank-you to Enhabit Hospice for their kindness and compassion.
