Martin David Sandoval, 62, of Amarillo, TX passed away June 3, 2024.
Memorial service will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, June 10, 2024 at First Presbyterian Church. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
Martin was born May 30, 1962, in Clovis, New Mexico to Benny and Paulita Sandoval Nino. He learned at a young age the art of cosmetology and later became a barber. He owned and operated Salon Gallery for Hair for over 40 years.
Martin was a body builder and won a State Competition. He trained boxers for a time at Nick’s Fight Club, Karate with Phil Howard, and weightlifting. Martin had a great sense of humor and would light up the room with his smile. He was very mischievous!
He is preceded in death by his parents, Benny and Paulita Sandoval Nino; and sister, Jeannie Sandoval.
Martin is survived by his son, Joseph; sisters, Delores, Mary Ann, and Edwina (Jeff); brothers, Paul (Dee Dee), Richard, and Gilbert; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
