Pat was born October 19, 1960, in Chicopee, Mass. to Herbert and Viva Armstrong. She grew up in Amarillo and graduated from Palo Duro High School. She married Charles Corbet in December, 1993.
Pat was a long time member of West Amarillo Christian Church/Redeemer Christian Church, where she had volunteered in the childrens department. Prior to her retirement in 2023, she was employed by Amarillo Independent School District in the cafeterias of Mesa Verde Elementary, then Whittier Elementary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one sister, Karen Thatcher.
Pat is survived by one son, Christo fer Corbet, of El Paso, Texas; two sisters, Charlene McGlothlin of Belton, Missouri and Sheila Klucker of Spring Branch, Texas; and one brother, Michael Armstrong, of Butler, Wisconsin.
The family would like to thank Kirkland Court Rehabilitation and Gentiva Hospice, as well as her church family, for their loving care in the last few months.
