Ronald Ellis McGee

Ronnie E. McGee, 86, of Amarillo, TX passed away July 4, 2026.

He is survived by his wife of just four days shy of sixty-eight years, Janice McGee; his four children, Patrick McGee, Rhonda (George) Ohler, Timothy (Lisa) McGee, and Kelly McGee; as well as his nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Born on August 23, 1939, Ronald spent most of his life working hard and running McGee Trucking Company. He could build or fix most anything and he enjoyed helping others work on their projects or loaning them the tools to do so.

No services will be held. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a favorite charity of your choice, in his honor.
