Stephanie Renee “Nini” Trinidad, 34, passed away on March 21, 2026, in Amarillo, Texas.
Born on April 16, 1991, in Amarillo, Nini lived a life overflowing with love, laughter, and an unbreakable devotion to her family. She was the cherished daughter of Felipe J. and Sophia Renee Trinidad. Nini was known for her radiant spirit, her playful pranks, and her quick wit—bringing joy, comfort, and light into every space she entered.
To know Nini was to experience a kind of love that was loud, warm, and unforgettable. She was the life of every room—always smiling, always laughing, always finding a way to turn even the smallest moment into something joyful. She had a way of wrapping people in comfort, making them feel seen, heard, and safe. Even in her hardest moments, she chose to lift others up.
But above all else, Nini was a mother. That was her heart, her purpose, and her greatest pride. Her daughter, Frankie, was not just her child—she was her world, her reason, and her everything. The love Nini had for her was fierce, protective, and unconditional in a way that words will never fully capture. That love does not end here—it will continue to guide, protect, and live on through Frankie forever.
The loss of Nini is one that cannot be measured. She was not just deeply loved—she was needed, she was cherished, she was part of the very heartbeat of her family. Her absence leaves a silence that cannot be filled, but her love leaves a mark that can never be erased.
Though her time here was far too short, the way she loved, the way she laughed, and the way she made people feel will live on for a lifetime and beyond.
Nini is survived by her beloved daughter, Frankie Renee Olivarez; her parents, Felipe and Sophia Trinidad; her three sisters, Olivia (Oscar Mondragon), Chelsea (Jesse Goodman), and Lacey (Matt Lopez); the father of her daughter and lifelong friend, Austin Olivarez; and her partner, Jason Rogers. She is also survived by her paternal grandparents, Leon and Yolanda Hernandez, nieces and nephews: Makayla, Jaxx, Nico, Carter, Charleigh, Rockston, Brody and Jett. Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who she loved as her own.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Francisco and Rachel Leal; her maternal uncle, Frank Leal; her paternal uncle, Leon Hernandez, Jr.; and her beloved niece, Braleigh Renee Trinidad-Goodman.
