Tammy Washington

Tammy Johnson Washington, age 67, of Amarillo, TX passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, November 24, 2024.

Ms. Washington was born November 13, 1957, in Amarillo, TX. 

Her parents, Jess E. Johnson and Imogene Johnson, and her husband, Jesse Washington preceded her in death. 

The greatest joy in life was her beautiful daughter, Alexis.

Survivors include daughter, Alexis Lashay Drexler, sisters, Dena King, Kelly Reid, all of Amarillo and Shanda and Ron Wood of Griffin, GA; several nieces and nephews that she considered her own, and many bonus children and friends from every walk of life.
