William Todd Addington, 60, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025, at his home in Amarillo, Texas.
Todd was born on September 23, 1965, in Amarillo. He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1983 and later earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas in Denton. He spent most of his career in regional retail management.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, November 8, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home in Amarillo. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers, 2800 Paramount Blvd, Amarillo, TX.
On July 24, 2010, Todd married his high school sweetheart, Angela Browder, in Flower Mound, Texas. He became a devoted stepfather to her son, Justin Prince, and together they made their home in Flower Mound before returning to Amarillo in 2021 to be closer to family.
From a young age, Todd loved sports. He began with Kids, Inc. and went on to play on Amarillo High School’s first UIL soccer team. His passion for the game carried into adulthood, both as a player and as a coach.
Todd was looking forward to the arrival of his first grandchild in February. He cherished time spent with friends and family—especially on football “game days,” when he could be found cheering for the Dallas Cowboys or Texas Tech Red Raiders.
He will be remembered for his quiet wit, gentle spirit, and the kindness he showed to everyone in his life. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
Todd is survived by his wife, Angie; mother, Jody Schade; stepson, Justin Prince and fiancée, Reagan Gilley; brother, Toby Addington and wife, Melissa; father-in-law, Charles Browder; father, Tommy Nunnelley; and many nieces, nephews, sisters-and brothers-in-law, aunts, and uncles.
