Annette Denise King, 57, of Sayre, OK passed away on May 4, 2020.

Private family services will be held.

Denise was born in Dumas, TX on May 22, 1962, to Henrietta and Albert Valdez. She graduated from Palo Duro High School and studied Media Communications at Amarillo College. Denise worked as a DJ on the Amarillo College Radio Station.

Denise loved entertaining, crocheting, camping, cooking, and her ministry. She was a member of Sayre Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She was preceded in death by her son, Rylee Jason King.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Robert King; sons, Leslie Neal King, of Oklahoma City, OK, and Karson Judah King, of Sayre, OK; and siblings, Yolanda Morris, of Amarillo, TX, Delisa Melvin, of Amarillo, TX, and Bobby Valdez, of Arizona.

  1. Denise will be greatly missed. Her smile, her laugh, her kind heart. She was a good friend and we loved her. We are so so sorry you have to go through this very sad time. We look forward to the fulfillment of the Bibles promises in the near future. Our prayers are with her family.

  2. I loved singing Kingdom songs and karaoke with my sister Denise. I loved her cooking and tea parties and purse parties and pool parties. She always wanted to help the young people enjoy the brotherhood and the ministry. Her love for Jehovah and appreciation for Chist’s Ransom always shined through.

  3. I will miss seeing her smiling face at the hall and I’ll never forget the kindness she always showed to me.

  4. Robert & Karson, I am so sorry of your loss. I did not get the privilege and honor of knowing Denise as well as others, but it was a sad day for me when I heard of your loss. We look forward to the time when “death will be no more” (Rev 21:1-4) and when “all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” (John 5:28, 29)

  5. Denise was always doing for others. She loved her family so much. She loved the two granddaughters and tried to see them often. Denise was a loyal and trusted friend to us. Anytime Neil mentioned he wanted cookies next day they would be there. We are so sorry for your loss . Prayers go out to you. Neil and Sharon Callahan

  8. Denise was a wonderful person in so many ways ,the times she came to visit along with robert and karson ,,,i really.enyoyed her company ,if i had a rough day ,when she spoke i always felt calm and at peace,,,i will greatly miss her ,,
