Armando Hermosillo

Armando Hermosillo, 74, of Amarillo passed away April 1, 2023.

Visitation will be from 3-7:00 p.m., Monday, April 3, 2023 at Boxwell Brothers, 2800 Paramount. Funeral mass will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at St. Laurence Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.

Armando was born December 23, 1948 to Roque and Maria Ines Hermosillo. He married Amelia Cortez on March 18, 1972 and recently celebrated their 51

st

wedding anniversary. Armando was a hard worker as a Plumber, always providing for his family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Maria Ines Carmona; father, Roque Hermosillo; and brother, Rafael Hermosillo.

Armando is survived by his wife, Amelia Hermosillo; daughters, Anna Alvarado and husband Tim of Amarillo, TX and Amanda Hernandez and husband Jaime of Colleyville, TX; son, Adrian Hermosillo; and 2 grandchildren, Annabelle and Gabrielle Hernandez.
