
Aurelio Turrubiartes, 59, of Amarillo, died on Friday, December 10, 2021.
Rosary will be at 6:00 p.m., Monday, December 13, 2021 in Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Power Church with Manny De Los Santos officiating. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Aurelio was born on September 5, 1962, in San Luis, Potosi, Mexico to Sixto and and Maria Turrubiartes. He had worked for Diversified Interiors since the age of 16. He loved to travel, spend time with his family, and especially go to the mountains and camp. He enjoyed going garage selling on Saturday mornings. He loved his wife very deeply and all of his children and grandchildren.
He married Gloria Carrizales on December 18, 1986.
He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Feliciana Garcia.
He is survived by his wife Gloria Turrubiartes; four daughters, Lupe Ramos and husband Shane Williams, Rosalinda Turrubiartes, Alicia Guereque and husband Benjamin, Veronica Turrubiartes; one son, David Turrubiartes and wife Cristal, all of Amarillo; his mother, Maria Turrubiartes of Amarillo; three brothers, Ruben Turrubiartes of Amarillo, Juan Turrubiartes of Plano, Edward Turrubiartes of Amarillo; one sister, Janie Montano of Amarillo; and nine grandchildren, Jazmin, Josiah, Sabastian, Carter, David, Noel, Andy, Mykenzie and Analeigh.
