B’Anna Raye Scroggins

   

B’ Anna Raye Scroggins, 39, of Vega, TX went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 24, 2020.

B’Anna was born in Albuquerque, NM on December 28,1980 to David and Teresa See.

B’ Anna was a resident of Vega, TX. She attended school in Adrian, TX where she was on the basketball team, track team, tennis team, and a cheerleader. She graduated from Dimmitt High School. B’Anna met Billy Scroggins and they were married on November 15, 1996

B’Anna was a sports fan and loved going to sporting events and concerts. She loved any reason to get together with family and her large group of friends. B’Anna had a contagious smile and a very kind soul. B’Anna worked for AIG for the past 15 years, where she was a business analyst in the structured settlement department.

B’Anna’s whole world was her husband Billy of 23 years, and her children Brian, Shaylee and future daughter-in-law Renee. They were eagerly awaiting the birth of the 1st granddaughter Everleigh Jean Scoggins due May 4, 2020.

B’Anna is preceded in death by her infant son, Braden Lee Scroggins; her maternal grandmother, Patricia Wigley; and her paternal grandparents, John and Charlotte See.

B’ Anna is survived by her husband, Billy Scroggins; daughter, Shaylee Scroggins, of the family home; son, Brian Scroggins and fiancée Renee Payne, of Vega, TX; mother and stepfather, Teresa and Richard Henry, of Amarillo, TX; sisters, Jami See, and Jill See, of Carlsbad, NM; brother, David See, of Hagerman, NM; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Lauri See, of Amarillo; grandparent’s, Jim and Joan Wigley, of Tucumcari, NM; father, David See of Albuquerque, NM; father-in-law, Randy Scroggins, of Vega, TX; mother-in-law, Barbara Scroggins, of Amarillo, TX; sisters-in-law, Kendra Scroggins, of Amarillo, and Kara Cline and Kenny Barnett of Friona, TX; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private family burial will be held. A memorial service will take place at a later date. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, Amarillo.

  1. Oh B’Anna, It has taken me this long to come up with the words to say. I still don’t have them other than thank you for being you! You were one of a kind from your bubbly personality to your bright smile! You didn’t know a stranger and I am so blessed that I had you in my life for so long. From our drinking nights to just chillin watching tv. I miss you and hope you know just how loved you are!

  3. You, YOU B’Anna have a forever place in my heart, My Dearest friend/Sister! It’s said that family is not always born to us, but it is chosen. I am so very blessed that you chose to love me unconditionally despite even my biggest flaws. You were my 1 that knew everything about me, and loved me the greater through my times of failure.
    I am so very thankful for your friendship and love. In my selfishness I am heartbroken that we don’t have continued days on Earth to make more memories. If my selfless love for you, I sing songs of praises for I know Jesus has you wrapped up in His arms in the BIGGEST of squeezes as you talk and laugh with your precious Braden.
    You are dearly loved, and greatly missed!!

B’Anna became a part of our lives & family when she was 14, a freshman..she, Dee & Ne’ became inseparable..she was family from the beginning..I’m sure there are things they got into that we will never know..B’ moved with us to Dimmitt where she met & married the love of her life, Billy, & went on to graduate..she was our firey little redhead..a ray of light..beautiful, loyal, loving..she & Billy’s life together with their children, Brian & Shaylee are an example of what love & family truly are..God has taken her home but she is forever in our hearts & memories..

    Those of us who are lucky enough to call you family or friend, know your loyalty and entrusted with everything. I am honored to have the opportunity to call you my sister. Cameron was fortunate enough to have shared pictures, Skype’s, and to have met you. Ariel connected with you and Billy both, right from the start. I had know idea that you were in cahoots with him on his plan for the engagement and I thank you for that.

  11. My deepest sympathies to the family. I was a co-worker of B’Anna. The last time I spoke with her, we were talking about her becoming a first time grandmother. I told her she was going to love it since I have grandkids. I miss her so much. She was a joy to have known her in my life. I thank God we crossed paths.
