Billy Gene Stinnett, 90, of Dumas, TX died on Monday, October 2, 2023.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Dumas, 500 N. Maddox.
Bill was born on February 17, 1933 in Mooreland, Ok. to William and Nellie Stinnett. He grew up all around Oklahoma before moving to Dumas in the 1950’s. He married Audrey Miller on December 17, 1966 in Clayton, N.M. He had worked for the city of Dumas most of his life. Bill loved to go to the Red Lantern.
He was preceded in death by his wife Audrey Stinnett; and a son Larry Stinnett.
He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Holt; a son, Mike Stinnett; a brother, Donald Stinnett; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
