    1. He will be missed. He was one of a kind. We all have stories of Billy Ray. If we ever get together again we could spend many hours, just talking about Billy Ray. Love to his family. He will be missed.

  3. I grew up with Billy Ray as we were both born in East Texas and our-families moved to Moore County in-the dark-ages together. My funniest-story I have been told about him is what-a-bully he was until I took-him-down, sat on him and beat him up good. I cannot believe I did that but know it happened as both-of-our parents told it as fact. I have lost touch with everyone in Dumas since moving to Beaver, Oklahoma after my-husband passed away in 2002 and then to Stillwater, Oklahoma in July, 2017. Grieve-as-you must, not-as-others are telling you is right, wrong or indifferent. I won’t-be-able to make the service as I am dealing with a COVID-vaccine reaction. I will be there in thought, word and concern especially for Sam, Sammie Jo and Kim. Travel the pathway ahead our Lord has for each as there-are-no pathways but individual-ones. Such-fond-memories of all-of-our lives together over-the-years. May God bless each and every-one of you. 1. Ms. Jackie. That’s so funny. I cant imaat! My Aunt Sammie led an amazing tribute to my Dad. We understand how difficult travel is with Covid, no worries. Your kind words and thoughts are appreciated.
