Bryn Alan Dunn, 43, of Amarillo, TX passed away August 20, 2023.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 AM, Friday, August 25, 2023 at Hillside Christian Church Chapel, 6100 Soncy. Interment will be at 4:00 PM, in Darrouzett Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.

Bryn was born February 19, 1980 in Shattuck, OK to Mark Dunn and Robin (Ragan) Dunn. Bryn graduated from Follett High School in 1999. He was a natural athlete and excelled in all sports he played. He enjoyed going to the gym and took pride in his appearance. Bryn worked for Ben-e-Keith and then BNSF railroad for many years. He and his family loved animals especially cats.

Bryn had the gift of gab and never met a stranger. He would talk to any and everyone. He had the kindest heart and loved everyone and everyone loved him. He will be greatly missed and his memory will live in our heart forever.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Virginia Dunn; grandmother, Shirley Ragan; great-grandparents, John and Edith Ragan; aunt, Jane Herrera; and cousin, Bobby Knust.

Bryn is survived by daughters, Ragan Dunn and Brana Drummond and their mother, Lana Dunn all of Amarillo, TX; father, Mark Dunn and wife Peggy of Booker, TX; mother, Robin Rodriguez and husband Sergio of Darrouzett, TX; brothers, Rick Dunn and wife Chrissy and their children of Durrouzett, TX and Shad Dunn of Booker, TX; sister, Hallie Dunn and husband Ty Baker and their children of Boise City, OK; grandfather, Johnny Ragan of Darrouzett, TX; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.

  1. Bryn was one of the first people I met when I moved to Booker TX. We rode the bus together when I was in the 4th grade, and he was in the 1st. His brother Ricky was in my class,. He changed schools later, but I have always remembered his personality and spunk from all those years ago. I am so truly sorry for the families loss, and will be praying for healing and comfort during this difficult time. 🙏🏻❤️
