Charles “Doc” Clark
Charles “Doc” Clark, 82, of Amarillo, TX passed away February 15, 2024.
Visitation will be from 6-7:00 PM, Monday, February 19, 2024, at Boxwell Brothers, 2800 Paramount. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
Charles was born March 17, 1941, in Russellville, AR to Charles “Charlie” and Mary Belle Clark. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Calligraphy and worked for Southern Glazer for 46 years. Charles loved to sing and played the guitar at the Big Texan for many years. He enjoyed all kinds of music and tending to his garden. His family was his greatest joy!
He is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Clark; sons, Robert Clark, and James Clark; and grandson, James Clark Jr.
Charles is survived by sons, Danny Clark, and John Clark; daughter, Lisa Weatherly and husband John; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
