  1. went to clayton schools with dwayne 1939 through 1950, graduating in 1951; he was the day he died the same fine person that he was when i first became acquainted with him in 1939. in the first grade. had a long conversation with him the week he died, about his trying to restore his old oldsmobile. he will be missed, but at least, we had the chance to know him.

  2. I never knew what Deayne did for a living. I bet he could have taught me many things. He was always a quite man I’ve gone to church with for 30 years. He had a beautiful singing voice and said insightful prayers. I will miss seeing him ‘in his spot’ at services. Prayers for comfort to the family.

  3. We offer our condolences to the entire family and also to all who knew him in one way or another. Good man that I will surely miss in the neighborhood who visited with me and other neighbors. RIP Dwayne. Thank you for being my Christian brother and friend. Jesus will take care of you now and for eternity.

  4. Our sincere condolences to the family. We are sorry for your loss. May God bless and comfort you at this time. May pleasant memories sustain you and give you peace.
