  1. I had the pleasure of cleaning for Don while he lived at Park Central and he was the absolute greatest. He started a nickname I had for years “red” so simple but it stuck. He was a wonderful man, absolutely hilarious and one of the most honorable men I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. He will be dearly missed.

  2. I was honored to be able to care for Mr Fine during his time in ICU. I thanked him each day for his service, and he would say it was a long time ago, but that didn’t matter to me. He would thank everyone that cared for him, no matter if it was bringing a food tray or cleaning his room. A true gentleman. I am so sorry to his family, thank you for letting us care for him.

  3. Don was such a fine character. I never worked with him at the Borger Post Office, but delivered his mail & served with him for 30+ years in the local Letter Carrier Union. I’ll always remember Don for his jokes & sense of humor.

Prayers for his family. I know he will be missed.

    God Bless,

  4. Jimbo and Di Thompson will miss him very much. Knew him only a year or so at BCS The Continental on Floor Three; but greatly appreciated his warmth and good attitude towards life. Sad to see him go but know where he is going. Well done, Don.
