Doris M. Blasingame, 97, of Amarillo, TX passed away on August 12, 2022.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at Central Church of Christ Chapel.
Doris was born in Lynn County, TX on October 21, 1924, to Alice and Lloyd Brown. She married Odell W.L. Blasingame on November 23, 1940.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Odell W.L. Blasingame, on January 16, 2018.
Survivors include her two daughters, Phyllis Woods and Leta Carroll; brother-in-law, Ross Blasingame; grandchildren, Monica Carroll, and Matt Carroll and wife Melinda; great-grandchild, Tristan Carroll and wife Lauren; and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to High Plains Children’s Home.
