  3. Like so many others, we were saddened to hear of Carrol’s death. We were with you in spirit as we participated in the memorial service today. Danna, Jenny, and brother Bob, the service was so meaningful as you opened a wide window of additional understanding of Carrol’s life and his service to so many. Obviously, his life blessed so many. Thank you for this very personal service.

  4. Carroll and Danna were a part of my early professional life as a lawyer as they began their medical practice in Big Spring. Some clients become friends. Carroll and Danna certainly did. It was so nice to attend the service virtually this afternoon and to hear stories about Carroll and the family, some of which I knew about and most I was pleased to hear for the first time. To know Carroll was, simply, to love him. Working with and knowing Carroll and Danna as Christian, ethical and loving people is something I will hold precious forever.

  5. Dr. Moore was such a kind and thoughtful man. He cared about his family, patients, friends, and animals with all his heart. He was a very generous and loving man and he will be missed. He was one of a kind! I love him and his precious family so much. Some of my happiest days were spent with you all! Please know you remain in my thoughts and prayers.

  6. Carroll was a wonderful doctor and a kind man. As an orthopedic surgeon, he was prudent and skilled. He invariably treated his patients with respect. I’m sure I referred hundreds of patients to him over the years, and I never heard a negative word from one of them. If he ever lost his cool, I never saw it, nor did anyone else that I know. When Carroll retired, one of our ER doctors recounted that, when a local disaster would occur (e.g. multi-vehicle collision), Carroll would show up at the ED to help, unbidden, whether he was on call or not. Just an excellent doctor and a wonderful humble human being, who will be greatly missed by his patients, colleagues, friends, and family.

  7. Danna, I am so sorry for your loss. Jim and I both send our love and prayers to you and your family.
