Edgar “Ed” Martin Grimm
Edgar “Ed” Martin Grimm, 67, of Amarillo, Texas passed away on June 10, 2022.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, June 16, 2022, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with Dr. G. A. Roach officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Ed was born in Amarillo, Texas on January 20, 1955, to Wynonah Eugene and George Martin “Mickey” Grimm, Jr. Ed graduated from Tascosa High School and Amarillo Community College with his associates degree. His career passion was real estate. He held his Texas real estate broker’s license. He also worked many years as a Journeyman electrician in his early working career.
He was preceded in death by his father, George, and mother, Wynonah.
Survivors include his sister, Shelly Grimm (Kris Hayter); nephews, Benjamin Grimm, Matthew Grimm (Jazmin); great-nephew, Greyson; great-niece, Adelynn Grace; uncle, Don Grimm; cousins, Keith Grimm (Merlinda), and Marty Grimm (Tatiana); and multiple cousins.
Ed brought much joy to the many family gatherings that were had and there will be a palpable absence with him gone. Godspeed.
