Edith June Nickerson

Edith June Nickerson, 49, of Amarillo, TX was taken home on December 6, 2020 due to cancer and complications with her heart.

Edith June Nickerson was born on May 9, 1971, the daughter of Norma Barttlet and Stephen Collums (deceased) of Amarillo, TX. She leaves behind a daughter, Tessa Sanders; her two sons, Keith Nickerson, and Kaden Nickerson; and her grandson, Daetin Sanders.

Edith always sought knowledge and a full life for her children and her extended family. Edith was a band mom and a homeschool teacher to her sons. She enjoyed watching criminal minds and RHOA when she wasn’t gaining brilliance in multiple fields of business. She was a hard-working lady who always told you how it is not what you wanted it to be. Edith loved her family more than anything always willing to be the shoulder anyone could lean on. This woman was an OG to be remembered for the love she gave towards her family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at Cornerstone Church, 1111 N Buchanan St., Amarillo, TX @ 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 15, 2020.
