Glenn Charles Ahrens, 92, of Amarillo, TX died Thursday, February 2, 2023.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 6, 2023, at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Glenn was born June 10, 1930, to Charles and Marie Ahrens in Wagner, SD, where he grew up. He married Erma Stocker in Wagner, SD on August 27, 1978, and moved to Amarillo the same year.
Glenn was a Lutheran, farmed and ranched most of his life, loved to fish and hunt, and was a member of the N.R.A.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Vera Faith Ahrens Vesper, and Fern Ahrens Marvin.
Survivors include his wife, Erma Ahrens, of Amarillo, TX; several nieces and nephews; and extended family.
