Hilton “Richard” Gotcher Jr., 90, passed away Friday, June 23, 2023.
Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at 2:00 P.M., in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with Dr. G. A. Roach officiating.
Richard was born in Kempner, Texas. He married Bunny Cross in 1954 and they moved to Amarillo in 1959. Richard served in the United States Navy. He was a ceramic tile contractor for many years.
Survivors include sons Charles (Tana) Gotcher, and Wayne (Billie) Gotcher; 5 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; 4 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; sister, Bess Forrestor; and special friend, Oneta Errington.
Family requests donations to St. Jude’s in lieu of flowers.
