Jacque Lee Baggett, 75 of Amarillo passed away peacefully on November 24, 2022, with family by her side.

Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, December 3rd at 11:00 a.m. at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel at 2800 Paramount Blvd with Bob Schroeder officiating.

Jacque was born September 9, 1947, in Clovis, NM to Jack and Ethelee Mullis.  She grew up in Amarillo, TX.  Jacque graduated from Amarillo High School.  She then married the love of her life, Larry Baggett on August 12, 1965.  She was a devoted wife, they were married for 57 years. Jacque was a member of Hillside Christian Church and volunteered for various organizations over the years.  She worked for the Amarillo Board of Realtors and retired from Coldwell Banker.  Jacque loved her family dearly.  Her grandchildren were the light of her life and her relationship with her sister was cherished.  Jacque was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She touched the lives of so many people.  She was strong, courageous, and never complained.  Instead, she always just said, “Thank You”.  She will truly be missed and will never, ever, be forgotten.

Jacque was preceded in death by her mother, Ethelee Mullis, and brother-in-law, Pat Baggett.

Jacque is survived by her father, Jack Mullis; husband, Larry Baggett; son, Blue Baggett and wife Kendra; sister Debbie Reed and husband Butch; brothers-in-law, Gary Baggett, and Mike Baggett;  grandchildren, Blake Perdue, Jackson Baggett, and Kensley Perdue; niece, Kyla Ripperger and husband Daniel; and great-nephew, Reed Ripperger.

Jacque is also survived by numerous close friends.

Family wishes memorial contributions to be made to Lung Cancer Research Foundation.

    Jacque and I worked together at Coldwell Banker for years. We shared our breaks together, she was such a good friend. We
    Shared so much. She was so proud of her family. The love of her life Larry and their son Blue. Such a sweet soul leaving our world to soon. So many loved her. A

  4. Jacque was a real doll in our Coldwell Banker office. She always had a smile on her face and was always willing to help the agents in any way we needed.
