Jeannine Bevers, 86, of Amarillo Texas passed away on September 22, 2023.
Jeannine will be cremated with graveside services at Elmwood Cemetery in Woodward, Oklahoma at a later date. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Jeannine was born on April 18, 1937, in Woodward, Oklahoma to Grover and Lola Bevers. She graduated from Woodward High School in 1955. Jeannine moved to Amarillo, Texas with her sister after they graduated from high school. She was employed by Mesa Petroleum until she retired in 1996.
Jeannine was preceded in death by her parents and brother Allen.
She is survived by her sister, Jeannice Bevers, of Amarillo and her two dogs Sammy and Dakota who were her true companions.
The family suggests memorials to Animal Rescue Shelter, 12500 FM 1541, Amarillo, TX 79118-3340.
