Jeremy was born in Amarillo, TX on February 28, 1972, to Beverly and Lionel Tschudy.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Horne; son, Jarrod Horne; daughter, Alyssa Horne; sister, Tonya Marek; brothers-in-law, Dale Hornik, John Vigil and wife Mely, Steve Vigil, and Jimmy Gonzales and wife Yvette; mother-in-law, Lucille Gonzales; nieces, Desirae Valek Watson and husband Dustin, and Elizabeth Gonzales; nephew, Alex Gonzales; and many other loving family members.
