Joyce Eva Crawford, 86, of Amarillo, TX died Sunday, March 5, 2023.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at Llano East Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Joyce was born December 6, 1936, in Shanghai, China, to Byron and Alice Bowen. The family moved to Sayre, OK, and Amarillo, TX where Joyce graduated from Amarillo High School. She was a member of Paramount Terrace Christian Church.
Joyce married Jimmy Crawford, worked at Southwest Investments, and was a homemaker. She enjoyed writing poetry and playing board games with her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Crawford, Jr.; and a sister, Katherine Eddy.
Survivors include her daughters, Carol Russell and companion, Doug West, of Amarillo, TX, and Kay Patterson and husband Joey, of Amarillo, TX; and six grandchildren, Jason, Jamie, Elle, Hanna, Morgan, and Cole.
