Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 18, 2023, at Clark Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
Judy was born July 26, 1948, in Merced, CA to Goodlo and Thelma Rogers.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Goodlo and Thelma Rogers; husband, James Carr; and sister, Barbara Ann Ornelas.
Judy is survived by a daughter, Jamie Dean and husband Don of Amarillo, Texas; son, Ron Carr and wife Carla of Alma, AR; sister, Beth Fennessey and husband Ray of Merced, CA; brother, Ron Rogers and wife Sandy of Albany, OR; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
