Kathryn “Kaye” Lenore Cansler, 94, of Amarillo, Texas passed away on November 5, 2023.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 P.M. – 7:00 P.M., Friday, November 10, 2023, at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. Memorial services will be at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 11, 2023, at First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. Murray Gossett officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, Amarillo.
Kaye was born in Maryborough Township, Wellington County, Ontario, Canada on January 28, 1929, to Jean and Archie Siegner.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jean and Archie Siegner; sister, Isabelle “Jean” Jervis; and brother-in-law, Al Jervis.
She is survived by her daughter, Kerry Lancaster and husband Brad; grandchildren, Amanda Leigh Lancaster and husband Dionisio Barbosa, III, and WO1 Austin Lancaster and wife Renae; great-grandson, Logan Bradley Lancaster; nieces, Kathryn Anne Jervis, and Judith Bowey and husband Richard; great-niece, Tamara Bowey-Ljulj and husband Toma and their children, Talia and Thomas; great-niece, Tiffany McGrath and husband Garrett and their children, Gavin and Oliver; and many extended family and friends.
