Memorial services will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday, October 16, 2023, at First Presbyterian Church. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, Amarillo.

As the cherished youngest son of Russell and Sandra Sparling and beloved brother to Kirk and Craig, he shared countless memories and milestones that will be forever imprinted in their hearts. From the vast stretches of Canyon to the courts of Canyon High’s basketball team, Keith shone as the starting post, displaying not just his athletic prowess but also his commitment and passion.
His thirst for knowledge took him to Texas Tech University, where he not only gained a degree in IT but also formed bonds that would last a lifetime. His affiliation with the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity deepened these connections, fostering camaraderie and brotherhood. Professionally, he served with distinction at Pinnacle Group as a Delivery Manager.
But the epicenter of Keith’s world was undoubtedly his family. His love for his children, Jackson, and Shyla, was immeasurable. Every victory they achieved, especially the back-to-back championships of Jackson’s Frisco football team, were testimonies to his unwavering support and guidance. He would live by the motto “Family First”; he believed you didn’t need to be blood-related to be called family.
Keith’s infectious laughter, larger-than-life persona, and his unparalleled ability to fill any room with warmth and humor will be deeply missed. He was not just a father, son, brother, and friend; he was a guiding star, illuminating the paths of countless souls who were fortunate to cross his.
