Kynan Devin Rogers, 29, of Amarillo, TX died Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021.

Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021, at The Church and Quail Creek with Kyle Clayton officiating.  Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Kynan was born August 12, 1992, in Amarillo, TX to Ronnie and Marivel Rogers.  He graduated from Tascosa High School in 2010 and attended Amarillo College.  Kynan was a lab manager at Amarillo Testing & Equipment.  He was a volunteer firefighter for the Palisades, loved playing baseball, softball, and football.  Kynan was a member of The Church at Quail Creek.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Ronnie Rogers.

Survivors include his mother, Marivel Rogers, of Amarillo, TX; brothers, Jose Ramirez, of Dallas, TX, Derek Rogers, of Amarillo, TX, Ryan Rogers of Lubbock, TX, Ronnie Rogers Jr., Kelsey Rogers, and Trisstin Rogers, all of Amarillo, TX; sister, Jackeline Halsted, of Canyon, TX; and grandparents, Phyllis Rogers and Fermina Shoop, both of Amarillo, TX.

  3. One of the best persons we have ever known left at such a young age. We will miss him very much. Prayers for the entire family that the Lord will grant them peace and comfort their hearts always. He was dearly loved.

  4. I will miss you more then words can even describe. I will cherish all the memories that we shared together. I know you will be watching over me and Trooper from Heaven. You were my first love and you will always stay in my heart for years to come. Fly high and rest easy. You and your family will be in my prayers.

  6. Kynan I’m so so I couldn’t make it to your funeral. I am blessed to say I knew you and that I had the opportunity to have some of the most fun with you back in the day. We all Love and miss you so much already man. Rest easy.
